A Quick Reminder: The 2026 Salary Survey Closes January 31

If you haven't taken the 2026 MarCom Society Salary Survey yet, this is your nudge.

We're currently at 209 responses, and I'm hoping to break 300 this year. That would make this the largest dataset in the survey's four-year history, which means more accurate benchmarks for everyone.

I know your inbox is full and your to-do list is long. But this truly takes less than 10 minutes, and your participation makes the final report more valuable for the entire K-12 marketing and communications community.

A few reasons to complete it this week:

  • For you: The final report gives you real data to benchmark your compensation and support salary conversations with your head of school.

  • For your peers: The more responses we get, the more useful the data becomes for professionals at every level and school type.
