One of the reasons I started the MarCom Society was to help elevate the role of marketing and communications professionals in schools.

In the Society itself, I try to do that through training, guest expert presentations, mastermind groups, Pick My Brain calls, a book club, and much more.

Two years ago, I took a step toward gathering and sharing data about compensation strictly for those same marketing and communication professionals. We just released our second annual report, and I hope you've downloaded a copy.

My goal with the report was to give you compensation data that you could use to benchmark your own compensation and evaluate jobs at other schools.

But where do you easily find marketing and communications jobs at K12 schools?

I have an answer for that. :-)

While the MarCom Society is a paid membership, the MarCom Society Job Board is free to review and post open MarCom positions.

By the way, I post only marketing and communications positions at K12 schools.
